​Hey, this is Gladys. I’m living my second life since 2016.

​

For over 20 years, I devoted all my energy - consciously and unconsciously - to an identity: a high-flyer in a big corporation, enjoying the financial stability to “live life.” I was running on autopilot - playing the Work-Hard-Play-Hard game - until Playing Hard became pure escape and Working Hard became unbearable. I kept asking myself, “Why am I not happy?”. 

 

It turned out—nothing outside of me had changed. I had changed. My waking hours no longer aligned with who I was becoming.

 

Then, the universe sent me a wake-up call. A health scare forced me to pause and reflect deeply on what truly mattered. For the first time in my life, I allowed myself to be guided by my heart—not my head. This wasn’t about passively following emotions, but about aligning with my truth: my life vision, my values, and what truly lights me up.

I immersed myself in deep healing and growth, exploring modalities like clinical hypnotherapy, soul-connection hypnosis, energy healing, transformational coaching, yoga, and meditation—first to heal myself, and then to help others.

​

My passion is to guide and support people to live happier, more fulfilling and meaningful lives; through tapping into their own inner wisdom and the healing power from within, stepping into their authentic SELF and becoming the best version of themselves.

I have supported many from different backgrounds, with different issues, in various situations but with one common desire - to become a better version of themselves and to create a better life for themselves and their loved ones.

I am deeply grateful to be witnessing my clients’ profound healing and breakthroughs once they are open to reaching out and believing in their own power to create the changes they desire.
