Gladys' passion is to guide and support people to live happier, more fulfilling and meaningful lives; through tapping into their own inner wisdom and the healing power from within, stepping into their authentic SELF and becoming the best version of themselves.

Her experience as a senior executive at an international advertising agency managing an operation of over 150 staff has provided her with invaluable insights into the physical, mental, emotional and behavioural impact of working in a high-stress environment. She experienced it first-hand.

At innerlight.me, Gladys has helped many from different backgrounds, with different issues, in various situations but with one common desire - to become a better version of themselves and to create a better life for themselves and their loved ones.
